Cancellation/Reschedule/No-Show Policy

There are NO REFUNDS given for any reason.

You may reschedule one time (must be at least 48 hours BEFORE class unless documented last minute COVID exposure) at no charge, subsequent reschedules will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled class must take place within 60 days of the original course date.

You MUST arrive to your scheduled class 5-15 minutes before the course start time to get signed in. If you arrive after the class has started or fail to bring your required materials, you are considered a 'no show' and denied entry into the course, therefore your payment is forfeited. American Heart Association (AHA) requires that you attend the entire course, you may not come late or leave early.

We strongly encourage our students to verify the correct course required with their employers/organizations prior to registering. CPR & Training Solutions is not responsible if you sign up for the wrong class. PLEASE call us and ask questions. There are many types and levels of “CPR” and each program has it’s own specific requirements.

CPR & Training Solutions reserves the right to cancel a class due to weather conditions, low enrollment or any uncontrollable circumstances.

Please contact us prior to registering if you have any questions/concerns. We are here to help you be successful. Just ask!

COVID - Still Here!

We are looking forward to you joining our class, but PLEASE, if you are even the slightest concerned you have been exposed to COVID, or are not feeling 100%, please reschedule.  We want to keep everyone safe.  Most of our students work with immunocompromised individuals and or have young or elderly at home that may not be able to fend as well as you.

In class we are not sharing any equipment or supplies.  Classes are small and everyone works with their own manikin.  We are even using UV-B sanitation to further sanitize our equipment of microorganisms, just like hospitals.

For 2-responder exercises, you will NOT be partnering up with another student.  Instead we will verbalize the actions and movements of the 2nd responder 'virtually', so everyone can continue maintaining their social distance throughout class.

Regardless of immunization status, we request that you wear your personal face mask throughout class, with the exception of delivering training breaths to your training manikin.  Everyone has hand sanitizer at their work area.

If you have any questions, please call.  We are here to help and always open to feedback and suggestions.
